Summary
The need for writing to deliver precise and concise messages is increasing in the business world. People do not want to spend their time trying to figure out what the writer intends to put forward. Rather, they are after direct well-worded discoursed messages in whatever form, be it a letter, a memo, a short report or a circular. Being concise is particularly important with business documents of any sort. A company needs to convey their intended message and if that does not occur, the result can be lost clients, lost money or even lawsuits in some cases. Clarity and accuracy are key components of any material used for internal or external use for an organization, regardless of their size. And because the business writing is almost a stereotype, participant should not find it difficult to master certain letter writing or memo and circular constructing. Even short report writing can be mastered with some variations.
