Origin Training Centre has initiated Mawarid Basahriya, the National HR Transformation Project, in partnership with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-USA) and supported by a number of international organizations.
The project is aiming to shed light on the importance of the HR profession and will offer programs and certification provided by the reputable SHRM-USA which is already endorsed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Development and fully supported by Tamkeen. The project`s main objective is to develop a national cadre of world-class senior HR professionals who will lead the human capital management and development in their respective organizations.
