Summary of the Course
This programme is designed to create a sense of corporate understanding amongst the attendees and to instil a sense of work ethic aligned with the corporate Mission, Vision and Core Values of the organisation.
Soft Skills are a necessity for all employees to harness, and the modules of this program are aimed at driving engagement and a clear understanding of the importance of the principles of ‘Work Excellence’.
Although the outcomes highlight each day as a separate subject, this intensive programme, will integrate all the soft skills each day of 5 day programme, so that the subjects are inter- connected through out.
Engagement will be applied amongst the team members, focusing on Self-awareness and Social awareness amongst the teams, allowing the attendees to do an ‘internal audit’ of their own behaviour and most importantly their attitude.
This course aims to be dynamic; interactive; fun and concise to maximize the learning experience.

DR. AHMED ALBANNA
CEO OF ORIGIN GROUP
Dr. Al Banna is widely respected as an HR and Management practitioner. He has more than 30 years experience in developing, interpreting and implementing HR and management strategies. He has held the following positions – Assistant Undersecretary for Training at the Ministry of Labour, Bahrain, Chief people officer Gulf Air, Senior Manager HR and Admin at Areej, Strategic HR Manager at Garamco, Senior Supervisor HR and Admin at Bapco, and HR assistant Manager at BAB. Past President of the Bahrain Society for Training and Development (BSTD), the Chairman of the board of Directors of the Bahrain Training Institute (BTI), Member of the board of directors of the Labour Fund (TAMKEEN), on addition to many international and regional memberships. He has MBA in management – UK and DBA from Switzerland.
